Tirau Groomers was a new local dog grooming business that needed a website to support day-to-day operations from the start. The focus was on clearly presenting services, enabling online bookings, and creating systems to manage client information efficiently as the business grew.

Worked with the client to define their grooming services and package options, ensuring pricing and inclusions were clear and easy for customers to understand.
Website Structure & Layout
Built a five-page website consisting of a homepage, services page, blog, contact page, and appointments page. The layout keeps key information easy to find while remaining friendly and approachable.
Online Booking & Automation
Integrated a booking calendar that allows customers to book appointments online. Automated confirmation and reminder emails were set up to reduce admin and minimise missed appointments.
Services & Pricing Display
Structured the services page to clearly present grooming packages and price lists, helping customers choose the right option before booking.
Reviews & Trust Elements
Added a reviews section to build trust and reassure new customers booking for the first time.
Client Management Backend
Created a custom backend system to store client and pet information. This allows the groomer to keep searchable records for each dog, including grooming notes and photo uploads from each session.
Blog & Social Media Integration
Set up a blog connected to the client’s social media channels, allowing content to be shared easily and helping support ongoing visibility.
