That’s no problem — you can keep using your existing domain name. We’ll connect it to your new website and help ensure everything is set up correctly.
If you don’t have a domain name yet, we can help you register and manage one as part of your website setup.
For general requests, updates, and support enquiries, we aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Urgent issues, such as your website being unavailable, are prioritised and investigated as quickly as possible.
Your subscription includes email hosting, with 1 email mailbox included in our Business plan and 3 mailboxes included in our Ecommerce plan.
Additional mailboxes can be added for $3 per month each.
Additional pages can be added to your website at any time for $240 per page.
This allows your website to grow alongside your business, giving you the flexibility to add new services, locations, or other important content when needed.
