Website Build:
• We will design a 5-8 page website dependent upon your subscription plan. Any extra pages will be an additional one off cost of $80 per page.
• Your website will take us up to four weeks to complete from the time we have all branding materials such as logo, images and site copy (text).
• We will include a TEXT Logo unless an alternative is provided.
• You will be able to view your website online, give feedback and make final alterations once the initial build is complete.
• Any images or content provided to us by the client remains the client’s property at all times. The client is responsible for the copyrights and ezyWebsites will not be held responsible for any copyright violations.

Domain Names:
• Domain Names will remain the client’s property and associated rights can be transferred upon request.
• EzyWebsites will take responsibility for domain name renewal when managed by us. If under Client control, then it is their duty to renew it on time. Failing to renew domains can result in website downtime and loss of data.

Hosting:
• Hosting charges are included in your plan.
• If the Hosting provider identifies malicious activity on their server they reserve the right to abandon the website until the malicious files are cleaned. Ezywebsites will not be held responsible for any downtime incurred.
• Client’s must not use the email hosting for inappropriate content and other undesired emails which can result in spamming or infecting the server. Under such circumstances, immediate action will be taken and the required files and data will be deleted without prior notice.
• Ezywebsites offer services in co-ordination with third party providers. Changes to the third-party provider’s rules and policies may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms and conditions herein.
• Hosting is on third-party servers. Ezywebsites ensures, best to our ability, that these systems and servers are protected from hackers or viruses however, we will not be held liable for any disruption of services if such situations arise.

Payments & Refunds:
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
• Credit Card details and payments are handled by Stripe Secured Servers.
• Invoices will be sent once a year unless requested otherwise by the client.
• If payment is not successful, we will notify you by email and try again in 3 days. If payment declines for a second time, we will attempt to make contact via phone and ezyWebsites reserves the right to terminate hosting.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund you the balance of that month. A backup of your site (database and content files) can be provided for a one off cost of $1,185 This fee will be waived for clients that have been with us for more than 24 months. Please note we will not be responsible for the transfer or upload to a new server.

Intellectual Property:
• All the content provided by the client will be treated confidentially and remain their property. It will not be used for any other purposes other than creating the website.
